RadioQaum is innovative, quirky and educational. We give people a reprieve from their fast-paced lives. A page to wind down with, to sing along with and to laugh at as well.
This instead all we do though. We also educate people on facts related to artists, bands, radio, the history of radio. The educational aspect is a way to create awareness on Radio, a medium of entertainment which many of us tend to forget, but still a medium that is free of all restrictions and nonsense of the world.
RadioQaum promotes a culture within in team of openness, of flexibility and understanding. The team works efficiently and enjoys working with RadioQaum.
We at RadioQaum do not take work to be a burden rather a way to make people smile and the smile of our audience is what makes us work even more effectively. For what can be more joyous than putting a smile on a sad face or making a grumpy mood turn into one of euphoria.
That being said RadioQaum does not take its work lightly. We promote a culture wherein everyone member of the team is heard, and every idea is considered valuable. Our open-door policy allows us to fish out the most innovative and creative ideas out of everyone and then it also makes it fun to executing these quirky creations for our audience.
Perhaps what sets RadioQaum apart is the team behind it. A music-loving, fun, efficient, intelligent yet eccentric team of youngsters. Every member has some different input in making RadioQaum a place as lively as it is. And every input is invaluable to us.
The team of RadioQaum has its own perspective of the world one which is slightly different, and definitely upside down at times but that is what makes for the most interesting bits of our team. Every brainstorming session turns into something more. Every idea brings out more new bright and somewhat crazy ideas. Then making those ideas becoming reality takes even more work and effort but the team of RadioQaum enjoys it as much as it enjoys the laugh we bring to people.
